GPI is a volunteer organization.  The volunteers who service the ShopGPI.org store strive to ship web orders (or make available for Will Call) as quickly as possible.  Please keep in mind that these volunteers also have full time employment outside of GPI and are volunteering on their own personal time.  Fulfilling your order includes transportation time to and from our kennel facility to pick up the contents of your order if the item is something that we physically stock.  Please allow 5-7 days After Receipt of Order for your order to ship out, plus time in transit from Washington state.  Clothing items from the T-Shirt Shop (and many of the clothing items for the dogs) are made-to-order and typically ship within 3 weeks of receiving your order.  If you have questions about our process or have an urgent request requiring a faster turnaround time, please do not hesitate to reach out to Bev Mitchell at 425-891-1239 call/text or bev_mitchell@me.com to help facilitate your request.  Thank you for your support of Greyhound Pets, Inc.

** If you placed an order on our site and did not receive an order confirmation, please check your junk/spam email folder.  We find that our automated emails often go to junk/spam instead of our customers' inboxes.  Our emails include order confirmations, shipping notifications, out-for-delivery notifications and delivery notifications.

Canadian customers: If you are trying to place an online order but a shipping option does not come up on the Shipping page (it may only be showing you the Local Pick Up Only - Non-Shipping Option), please contact Bev Mitchell to assist you with placing your order. We ship up to 4 lbs via USPS First-Class Package International Service and can create a shipping option to accommodate your order.  UPS and DHL are other shipping options but will likely add customs/duty charges to the order.  We can help figure out the most economical shipping option for you.
